Ken Aster founded Prosum in 1996, and is responsible for executing Prosum’s Vision and Strategy, as well as overall operations. Ken has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology across multiple industries.
Ravi leads the overall strategy and direction of Prosum. Ravi is passionate about sharing his knowledge and giving forward to others, and speaks on Core Leadership Secrets to entrepreneurs and MBA candidates. He completed an Entrepreneurial Masters Certificate Program from MIT and holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Chad Heinrich joined Prosum in 2015 and has been President since 2019. Chad is a 23-year veteran of the technical staffing industry. In that time, he has worked as an account manager, recruiter, strategic account executive, and in a multitude of leadership roles.
Diana Huang started her career with Prosum in 2008 and currently leads the recruiting and sales team across the Southern California market. She has focused her career in technology staffing, and draws on her passion for recruiting and data to support clients across various industries. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA.
Eleni Tio has been with Prosum since 2012 and leads our Human Resources & Marketing teams. She has 20+ years of experience in high-tech, multi-state, corporate and start-up environments across multiple industries.
Amit Bhatia has been with Prosum since 2005 and leads our Finance, Accounting & Information Technology teams. He has 20+ years of experience and is a hands-on financial leader and problem solver who thrives in fast-changing environments across various industries.
With over a decade of technology staffing experience, Jamie Contino has built solid partnerships with both local (Phoenix) and national clients. She currently leads the Phoenix Account Executive and Recruiting teams and oversees the market’s Strategic Accounts practice.
