Rick Tyner

Vice President of Business Development, Managing Partner

Rick is one of the original founders of Prosum Staffing. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from San Diego State University and a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering from University of Southern California. He started his career as an Engineer and Project Manager, before entering the Information Technology staffing business. Rick has over 12 years of recruiting experience and has worked with a majority of the Fortune 500 companies in Southern California.

Chris Martin

Sr. Managing Partner

Chris received his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He played professional baseball for 10 years in both the Tampa Bay Devil Ray and Montreal Expo organizations before joining Prosum Staffing in its inaugural year of 2000. He has over 8 years of IT recruiting experience and works mostly with Fortune 500 companies and the major entertainment studios in Los Angeles.

Robert Lemken

Managing Partner

Robert has been working in the staffing industry for 10 years. He started his career as a technical recruiter with a well-known, contingency staffing firm followed by spearheading regional recruiting efforts for a nationally recognized company in Southern California. Robert's recruiting experience spans talent acquisition strategy to human resource management and business development. He joined Prosum in 2001 where he has worked with such clients as Warner Brothers, The Walt Disney Company and Universal Music. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.

Jorge Lizarraga

Managing Partner 

Jorge received his MBA in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University Northridge. He joined Prosum in 2005 and has worked with notable clients such as The National Football League and Sony. Prior to Prosum, Jorge worked as a Project Lead on international projects for one of the world’s largest defense companies.

Sridhar Yalamanchili

Managing Partner

Sridhar brings over 13 years of professional working experience, including operations, administration, and project coordination, to his position as a Manager and Technical Recruiter at Prosum. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCLA’s prestigious School of Film, Theatre, & Television. He works with Fortune 1000 companies in Southern California to help them meet their information technology staffing goals and he utilizes his diverse and vast network of professional contacts to match great people with great companies.

Nicole Ortiz

Manager of Business Operations

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and achieved a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She joined Prosum in 2004 and has over 7 years of recruiting experience including 4 years of recruiting for university graduate programs.  Nicole manages Prosum's recruiting processes and procedures. She oversees all activity to ensure that our candidates and clients receive the highest quality service. Prior to recruiting, Nicole worked in the travel industry for over 15 years doing customer service and management.
