On-Site FlexIT

Often your IT department may not need the full-time support of a dedicated Prosum consultant, or it may need a combination of skill sets that cannot easily be found in a single person. To meet these needs, Prosum can provide the on-site support of one or more consultants for any number of days needed to support the environment or a portion thereof. This allows our clients the ability to mix and match technical resources to suit their specific demands.

On-Site FlexIT provides any combination of server, network, application, and desktop resources, ranging from Tier 1 helpdesk support up to senior-level consulting and design experts.

Throughout an On Site FlexIT engagement, you will receive regular, written status reports that document progress and alert you to potential issues that may arise. Additionally, Prosum maintains a network documentation binder on site, both electronically and in hard copy, which encompasses the details of how your IT systems function and interoperate.

As an On Site FlexIT client, you are assigned an Operations Manager from Prosum’s senior consulting and management team who will provide oversight and quality management, and who will also facilitate Quarterly Strategic Reviews (QSBR) to help chart the long-term IT direction of your organization.
