Information Systems Assessment
Prosum technology consultants will work jointly with you to understand your overall corporate strategy and business objectives.
Once we gain this understanding, Prosum will conduct an Information Systems assessment on your current environment that will identify gaps between your strategy, business processes and your supporting infrastructure and applications.
This assessment will provide you high-level insight into the current state of your enterprise architecture and how this current state will meet the needs of your corporate strategic vision.
The output of the assessment is a transformation roadmap that defines your priorities and creates optimal timelines and value propositions. Prosum’s value propositions include an improvement portfolio and additional recommendations that range from a complete system change to small enhancements that can be made to optimize current IT systems. In addition, the transformation roadmap will identify areas for supply chain optimization.
The assessment will also provide you with current and future costs of system ownership and the assessment will help you mitigate risks by identifying remedial actions for identified areas of vulnerability.
